Delivery Policy

Delivery Days/Times

The Way Forward 2045 Ltd Operate on a Tuesday & Saturday for home deliveries. All orders for these days must be placed atleast the day before, before 2pm. Delivery hours on these days will run between 4-8pm. You will receive an approximate time window of 45 minutes through the mobile number provided.

Failed to Deliver

If when arrived to the address nobody is home the driver will either leave the parcel in a “safe space” if specified on your delivery notes; OR it will return to the shop for collection.

Chilled/Frozen Produce

If there is Frozen or Chilled produce in your order we may refuse to leave the order in the “safe place” if we feel it’s not meeting food health & safety standards.

 

Refund Policy

Overview

We have a 7-day return policy on all dried goods or products after you’ve received your order.

In order for your return to be validated you must have your online receipt, which will be sent to your provided e-mail address. To begin the return process you must contact Hello@thewayforward2045.com.

Once we receive your product(s) return we must ensure the quality is of the same standard as we would send it out. Once this step Is passed we will contact you through your chosen method of contact at checkout to continue the refunding process.

Damages & Errors

On your orders arrival inspect any issues or errors within your order and contact us within 24 hours to arrange the necessary action to solve the issue. Damaged products on transit is our responsibility and will be fully refunded.

Exceptions to our refund policy

Non-returnable items consist of Fresh produce (such as milk, cream, eggs, breakfasts). We also will not refund customised orders (such as personalised items, food meal kits or ‘Pick N’ Mix’). We also do not accept returns for hazardeous materials, flammable Liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

We also do not accept returns on any Gift Cards or Vouchers.

Refunds

When we have our hands on your returned products, we will let you know, through your preferred method of contact selected at checkout, and we will quality check these items and if approved we will immediately return the moneys back into your account which could take up to 10 days. Reminder that it can take some time for your bank to process the refund and post the refund to you, if this process exceeds 15 days then please contact us at: Hello@thewayforward2045.com
