Ordering & Refunds
We have a 14-day refund policy, except 2-day refund policy for fresh products i.e Milk, Cream, Eggs, Yoghurts.
We don't accept refunds unless there is proof of purchase (E-mailed Receipt).
Refunds will always be refunded through the same means of initial payment and may take up to to 2 weeks to receive.

We DO NOT accept refunds on any damaged products.
We take all orders submitted before 12pm, midday, and will be ready for collection from 8am the next morning. Any order submitted after 12pm will not be recognised and therefore will be ready the 2nd business day from 8am.
If you checkout selecting the delivery option and pay for the service we will contact you (refunded transactions may take up to 2 weeks)
If there is ever an issue with a product that we don't have in stock for whatever reason but you checkout for collection with it we will contact you and arrange a drop off when we get a hold of it OR a refund will be made through the initial means of payment and may take up to 2 weeks.
